Nathaly is a seasoned employment lawyer with an uncanny ability to connect with people of all walks of life. Nathaly is a native Spanish speaker born in Colombia. She embodies the American Dream and has made it a mission of hers to help others do the same.
Nathaly’s exposure to the legal system long predated her admission as a lawyer in Florida. Before attending law school, Nathaly worked as a paralegal for 8 years, thereby solidifying the foundation upon which she would build her legal career. Nathaly graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Thereafter, Nathaly became an employment lawyer at a large South Florida law firm focused on representing workers.
Nathaly then created and headed an employment department for another South Florida law firm. She became the managing partner of such firm and lead counsel on a multitude of employment law cases, including cases involving unpaid wages, discrimination, retaliation, and other matters.
Nathaly is most comfortable in the courtroom. She has tried cases in state and federal court, including as first chair. Nathaly views trial as the ultimate opportunity to connect with others about issues she is passionate about.
Nathaly is a fierce advocate. She is also a skilled problem solver. Nathaly can put up the strongest of fights while also exploring resolutions when deemed in the best interest of a client. This well-rounded approach has served her and her clients well.
